Our ‘ Successful Teams’ courses start with the basic foundation of an understanding of Belbin’s pivotal work on the effectiveness of management teams and Team Role Theory; they then build to provide the guidance, coaching and insight to allow you to apply it to, and master, a comprehensive range of sales and marketing management issues.

Belbin Team Role Profiles
The fundamental building block to starting to realise the potential of Belbin’s Team Role Theory is to provide you with advice on your own, and/or your teams, Team Role Profiles. So, this initial course in the Successful Teams series, isn’t a course as such, it is the access the testing and the support you need to process the questionnaires and obtain feedback and advice.
There are three ways to access the testing:
1. On-line testing; ideally for individuals and small groups, allowing you to complete the self perception questionnaire and collect up to 6 sets of observer data.
2. Off-line testing; similar to the above but designed for those of you who have limited or no access to a computer or the internet.
3. e-interplace; for volume testing. This package includes presentations, handouts and Belbin’s books to help enhance the learning process.
