Using the new online testing service is the easiest and most cost-effective way for individuals and small teams to obtain a Belbin Team Role profile. The online extranet based system not only allows you to complete the team role evaluation online, but also manages the process of collecting the input from a number of observers.

Individuals
A full Belbin report (Self-Perception Inventory and up to 6 observers), is completed via the web. Once you have completed the questionnaire(s), your report is emailed back to you within minutes, you will be provided with expert advice on your own team role preference (the report is provided as an Adobe Acrobat pdf email attachment).

Small teams
You can also purchase more than one test. This is particularly useful if you are running training courses or assessing a sales account or marketing project team, and would like the questionnaires completed prior to the course or a meeting. The completed reports come back to you, and you are able to keep an eye on the process at all times!
