Co-operate consists of 3 separate team building exercises. Each exercise can be used for 4-9 participants, or all 3 team building exercises can be run at the same time, allowing 12-27 people to take part and there is no need to have completed a Belbin® report prior to taking part. The activities addresses team communication, cohesion and co-operation. They can be used as part of a team building training day as an icebreaker for a new team; to repair relations in a team; to observe the team under pressure; active demonstrations of individuals making sacrifices on behalf of the team.

Contribute® is the more Team Role-focused of the two Belbin team building games. It is designed to demonstrate the strengths and contributions of each of the 9 Belbin Team Roles, developing the team’s understanding of the roles within a learning environment. To that end, 9 free online assessments are provided to ensure that you are able to profile your team. A team game for 4-9 people taking no longer than one hour, Contribute® is a useful addition to whole- or part-day team building sessions. The team’s objective is to collect all nine Team Role awards within a certain time limit. Armed with awareness of their Team Role strengths, the team completes nine exercises, focusing on tasks, communication and thinking.These short team building games range from sourcing a purple shoe to herding the team, blindfolded, onto a “sheep pen”. Each task is related to a different role and the team must decide how best to distribute their resources to complete the exercises.
